Life & Health Insurance Broker – Flexible Work Options (Remote/Onsite)

Location: Windsor, ON (Remote/Onsite).

Tabone Insurance Brokers is expanding our Life & Finance division and seeking Life & Health Insurance Brokers to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment and have a proven track record in networking, lead generation, and closing deals, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

· Network Expansion: Leverage existing connections and centers of influence to generate new business.

· Client-Centric Solutions: Assess client needs and recommend tailored life, health, and investment-oriented insurance solutions.

· Coverage Recommendations: Review quotes and provide personalized options based on client requirements.

· Adherence to Standards: Follow underwriting criteria established by broker/insurer partners; ensure compliance with provincial regulations.

· Lead Management: Coordinate and diligently follow up on client leads to maximize conversions.

· Flexible Work Environment: Work onsite in Windsor or remotely—with the tools and support to succeed.

· Life Insurance: Term, Whole, Universal Life

· Health & Protection: Disability Insurance, Critical Illness, Travel Insurance

· Group Benefits: Health, Dental, and related employer plans

· Insurance-Based Investment Solutions: Segregated Funds and Annuities (LLQP scope)

· Registered Plans (advisory & sales, where licensing permits): RRSP, RESP, TFSA

Note: Mutual fund recommendations require appropriate securities licensing. Insurance-based investment solutions (e.g., seg funds) fall under LLQP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Windsor, ON N9A 3X8
