FreshView Home Services is looking for reliable, motivated window cleaners to join our growing team. This role involves cleaning residential properties while delivering a professional, high-quality customer experience.

No prior window cleaning experience is required. We provide full training. We're looking for people who work hard, show up on time, and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Clean exterior and interior windows, frames, tracks, and screens
  • Use professional window cleaning tools and water-fed pole systems safely
  • Maintain a clean and professional job site
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
  • Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Comfortable working outside in the sun for long hours
  • Physically capable of lifting equipment as the job is exhausting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to commute up to 45 minutes, as work is across multiple cities around Hamilton

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in window cleaning or home services
  • Customer service or sales experience
  • Ability to work full days during peak season
  • Strongly preferred: A larger vehicle with enough trunk space to transport equipment
