  • Respond to customer requests & queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, using digital and print, etc.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
  • Maintain expense records and spreadsheets, filing and general administration
  • Maintain the orders into the system and customer portal with up to date information.
  • Accountable to support established store sales, expense targets and customer service metrics by implementing strategies with impact to store payroll, store budgets, loss prevention and improving customer service.
  • Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
  • Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and KPIs.
  • Coordinate couriers and mailings for customers or prospects.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and duties.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
