We are looking for energetic, self-directed professionals to join our team as an Ultrasound and Medical Imaging Clinic Support Person.

We are hiring for 1 full-time (4 days per week) and 1 part-time (1-2 days per week) support staff.

Flexibility on weekdays (Monday to Friday) is required.

Overview:

Support staff play a vital non-clinical role in assisting the Ultrasound team as well as the X-ray team. This position focuses on patient readiness, maintaining exam room functionality, and ensuring smooth flow in a high-volume clinical environment.

Key Tasks:

1. Prep rooms between appointments

2. Assist patients with instructions and change rooms

3. File and organize requisitions

4. Monitor supply levels and cleanliness

5. Support sonographers with minor admin duties

6. Support x-ray techs with prepping patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and Reset Exam Rooms

· Ensure exam rooms are clean, well-stocked, and organized between patients. Notify team of any supply or equipment needs.

2. Support Patient Comfort

· Escort patients to change rooms, answer general questions, and ensure readiness before their scan.

3. Coordinate Administrative Tasks

· Organize requisitions, help manage paper or electronic intake, and ensure proper document flow for sonographers.

4. Assist in Operational Flow

· Anticipate needs during busy hours and proactively assist where needed, improving efficiency and teamwork.

· Show initiative and willingness to help wherever needed

· Communicate respectfully with patients and staff

· Demonstrate accountability in cleanliness and time management

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $18.73-$20.33 per hour
