This is a contract remote role for an IT Bilingual Servicedesk professional. The role involves providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network-related concerns, and ensuring secure information technology operations. Responsibilities also include effective communication with users in bilingual settings to address their queries and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Network Administration and Network Security
  • Proficiency in Information Technology tools, systems, and best practices
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities and effective communication skills in both languages
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or equivalent are a plus
  • Prior experience in a service desk or IT support role is advantageous
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic working conditions
