Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Marketing Cloud Solutions Specialist will be supporting the day-to-day operations of marketing communications specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and communications (SMS, Email, Web) that are sent to various audiences. Additionally, this role will be accountable for maintenance of secondary systems used to create improved CX experiences including Alchemer & 123-Form Builder. This position will collaborate closely with the marketing and cross-functional teams to drive growth and help build a better experience for our customers.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Marketing Cloud Administrator – Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard methodologies and functionality including Email studio, Mobile Studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Audience Builder and core Integration configuration in a multi-org environment.
• Collaborate with Marketing Cloud Solutions Manager to support Marketing, Sales & Operations & Client Experience, and analytics to design and implement new and improve customer experiences,
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize workflows and email templates.
• Support secondary systems that deliver improved Client Experience (Alchemer & 123-Form Builder)
• Build and execute stand-alone email deployments and comprehensive campaigns.
• Test and QA marketing programs to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.
• Optimize email deliverability while working to minimize unsubscribes.
• Use data to provide recommendations to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
• Work with analytics to measure, segment, and optimize workflows to enhance engagement, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience
Degrees, Diplomas & Certifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications or equivalent work experience

Years and Range of Experience Required to Perform the Job:

• 2-4 years of experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or Exact Target)
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and creative development.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office
• Experience working with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud is preferred and an asset. Experience with SQL in Marketing Cloud (similar experience to SQL Server Studio or MySQL workbench)
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS & AMPScript
