About Global Management Program:

  • The GMP is a 5-day intensive business study program in Tokyo, in which you will visit our head office and stores, and study a company with global business operations first hand.
  • Together you'll consider specific business challengers through sessions with individual market specialist and senior managers, debate solutions in teams with other talent international students, and present your conclusions to members of the board.

Sample Focus Topics:

  • Global customs and customers. Powerful global change along with UNIQLO's revolutionary new materials and clothing concepts have transformed lifestyles over the past 20 years. What lies ahead in the next two decades?
  • Innovative, sustainable models. Developing a customer needs-driven, responsible business operation model that makes, transports and sells on what is necessary.

Learn How To:

  • Develop international vision and a desire to become global business professionals.
  • Ensure businesses grow in partnership with society and social needs.
  • Interact with senior management and tackle today's business challenges.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel abroad and hold a valid Passport.
  • Must be currently enrolled full-time in a College or University program.
  • Expenses will be covered for those who are selected.
