Who We Want
We are looking for applicants who are current students, enrolled in Marketing, Social Media, or adjacent programs. Your program must be at an accredited college or university. If you are enrolled in a general Arts or Sciences bachelors program, but taking social media related courses for your electives, that will also be acceptable.
Your Role
As our Social Media Intern, you help put together our social media content and strategy. That will include both mapping out long term plans and harnessing the latest trends right away. The main platforms the company uses is Instagram and TikTok. Being savvy on both these platforms is essential to the role. As we approach different brand launches, company sponsored events or product drops, you will be there to bring the consumers virtually along. Our intern will need to come up with creative, eye-catching content that gives us greater chances of virality. When an episode of Along For The Ride is being filmed, you will be expected to be present on set to capture some behind the scenes moments and create a post about them. When we host launch parties for our upcoming brand, Birds Of Paradise, you will also be expected to be present. Working with influencers and public figures will sometimes be apart of your role as you may work laterally with our company's publicist.

$22.50 per hour

Course Credit depends on your individual program and institution as to whether or not it can be accepted.
Location:
This position is hybrid; most of your shifts will be fully remote.
Our main office is located at 1166 Alberni Street, Vancouver. However, you will be expected to attend some shifts at different locations for photography days.
