How You Will Make an Impact:
As a valued member of our team, you will build positive and collaborative relationships throughout the hearing journey for both the clients we service and the teams you will work with. You will join a strong nation network of modern hearing care professionals who make a positive impact on the day to day lives of Canadians. Reporting to our Appointment Centre Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent client care demonstrated by performing the following duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential clients to schedule hearing test appointments.
- Using telephone pathway and call scripts to book hearing tests.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and actively collaborate with the Team Lead to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Work both onsite and remotely as required.
- Acquire and maintain basic knowledge of hearing aids, company policies, offerings, and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients.
What You Will Need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
- Previous experience in a contact centre environment.
- Ability to deliver exceptional call quality.
- High proficiency with computers, including the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and systems.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Hearing clinic experience an asset, but not required.
- Must be located in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, or Newfoundland
