Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a hygienic environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Must be available Monday to Friday for 6hrs a day. Hours can be flexible but preferred would be 9:00-3:00.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
  • Carry out facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and upkeep of equipment as needed.
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Skills

  • Proven experience in cleaning, particularly in commercial settings is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
