Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems
  • Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions
  • Maintain an organized dining area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Assist with phone etiquette by taking reservations or answering questions about the restaurant
  • Uphold high standards of guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons
