About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced development professional looking to lead complex projects that make a tangible difference? In this role, you'll guide multiple institutional development initiatives from concept to completion, collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects that are on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll take ownership of projects throughout all stages, including planning, design, procurement, and construction
  • You'll manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting, ensuring projects meet expectations
  • You'll coordinate and monitor the work of consultants and construction teams, negotiating contracts to deliver optimal value
  • You'll maintain strong communication with stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • You'll mentor and guide team members, helping them develop their skills and succeed in their roles
  • You'll provide input on project and organizational processes, contributing to continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in development or project management, ideally on large institutional projects
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with confidence to influence decisions
  • Experience with construction management methods and procurement best practices
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
