About ROCK

Our hybrid work model provides flexibility, combining on-site and virtual environments, to best meet the needs of our staff and clients. Join us in making a meaningful impact in mental health care.

The ROLE

As a Live in Treament Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of children and youth with complex needs. You'll work directly with clients and families to implement therapeutic plans, provide individual and group support, and advocate on their behalf through collaboration with caregivers and community partners.

This is a full-time contract position (35 hours per week) with an end date of March 31, 2026.

You will support client-driven treatment by helping youth reach therapeutic milestones through planned experiences, recreational programming, and the use of daily life events to promote positive change. You'll also participate in family-based treatment and provide coaching to caregivers as required.

Your role includes contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the overall Live-In Treatment program. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you will maintain accurate documentation, communicate key updates to the team, complete administrative tasks on time, and ensure adherence to client safety guidelines and agency policies.

This position also requires supporting the overall functioning of the Live-In Treatment home. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and secure living environment by modeling positive routines, supervising daily chores, and creating opportunities for skill-building and client engagement. You will be responsible for the secure management of medication, program/food funds, and agency property.

Flexibility is essential, as this role requires shift work that meets program needs—including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends—as well as occasional transportation of clients. You may also support the Day Treatment Program and provide in-home support to families as needed.
