Your Job

  • Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-performance execution across assigned territories.
  • Meet the objectives of mortgage origination targets and regional profitability.
  • Realize strategic sales initiatives in alignment with national goals.
  • Make sure broker experiences are exceptional and aligned with Optimum Mortgage's value proposition.
  • Accompany and influence brokers through loyalty programs, engagement strategies, and business development plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities using real estate data, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Take part in cross-functional collaboration with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Underwriting teams.

Your Team

Within the Optimum Mortgage sector, you are part of a team of up to 10 colleagues and report to the Director, National Sales & Marketing. Training and Development

Basic Requirements

  • Hold a degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a mortgage sales environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer/residential mortgage lending and the local broker market.
  • Demonstrated skills in business development, marketing, negotiation, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Availability to travel within the region as required.
