The Opportunity

Position Overview

We are hiring for our Member Solutions Centre, which provides excellent member service primarily over the phone or through our virtual platforms.

In this role, you will help members with their savings (in regular and registered accounts), their accounts (ensuring they are in the best account for them) and assisting with quick requests through our remote or virtual channels. Plus, you will prepare and complete required documentation quickly and accurately, resulting in an easy, stress-free experience for the member. You will assist members in different stages of their lives so they will be ready for their next financial milestone.

This position is a bargaining unit position

Schedule Description

Permanent Full -Time (37 hours per week)

Tuesday & Thursday :45am – 5:00pm

Wednesday, Friday & Saturday :30am – 5:00pm

Wage scale: $27.92/hr - $32.82/hr.

Note: These hours may be altered or increased due to operational requirements.

Education and Experience

Do you have a secondary school diploma plus a minimum of approximately 2 years related sales and service experience with a financial institution in a Member Service Representative role?  

OR

Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
