What You'll Do

  • Meet with members through virtual consultations to discuss available programs.

  • Use digital tools to manage schedules, documentation, and communication efficiently.

  • Provide clear information and professional guidance during each interaction.

  • Maintain organized digital records while upholding compliance standards.

  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to support your growth.

  • Work closely with your team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in your country.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is an asset.

  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and reliable in a remote setting.

  • Capable of passing a background screening.

  • Prior experience in leadership, service, or consulting is a plus — but training is provided for all new team members.
