What You'll DoMeet with members through virtual consultations to discuss available programs.
Use digital tools to manage schedules, documentation, and communication efficiently.
Provide clear information and professional guidance during each interaction.
Maintain organized digital records while upholding compliance standards.
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to support your growth.
Work closely with your team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
