49 North Lubricants is looking for a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operator to join our Lethbridge, AB facility. This role includes a mix of driving and warehouse duties, with a primary focus on safe, professional customer deliveries. The successful candidate will be a dependable, safety-conscious professional who takes pride in their work and represents our company positively every day.

Responsibilities

  • Perform route deliveries to customers while maintaining positive, professional customer relationships
  • Operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures
  • Act as a company ambassador, representing 49 North Lubricants in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner at all customer sites
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with customers in a friendly, engaging, and professional way
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip fleet vehicle inspections; correct minor deficiencies and report major issues to management
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude by identifying and communicating basic vehicle or equipment concerns before they escalate
  • Apply practical problem-solving skills when faced with delivery, route, or operational challenges
  • Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle
  • Ensure compliance with truck weight limits and route requirements
  • Enter daily logs and required documentation in the fleet management software
  • Assist in the warehouse with picking, packaging, and staging orders as required
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
  • Notify the Warehouse Manager when product inventory is low
  • Contribute positively to a team-oriented culture built on trust, accountability, and professionalism

Requirements

  • Valid Class 3 Driver's Licence with a minimum of 3 years commercial driving experience
  • Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism
  • Positive attitude with the flexibility to take on new tasks as they arise
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts
  • Pay: CA$23.00 – CA$26.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Work Location: In person – Lethbridge, AB
