What You'll Do

As a Management Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training while supporting the front-line operations that build trust with clients every day.

Client & Leasing Support

  • Assist with rental showings and client communication
  • Prepare listing materials with accuracy and transparency
  • Help screen tenants and gather required documentation
  • Support agents through leasing workflows and paperwork

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain clear, accurate notes in CRM systems
  • Ensure listing data, pricing, and property details are correct and easy for clients to understand
  • Support compliance processes to make sure every transaction is aligned with RECO standards

Business Development & Growth

  • Learn how to generate and manage leads
  • Assist with community outreach and marketing activities
  • Help build relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants

Training & Leadership Development

  • Shadow high-performing agents and managers
  • Build skills in sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service
  • Learn the entire Multidoor workflow: leasing → buying → listing → management
  • Prepare for advancement opportunities through clear performance milestones

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle
  • RECO Licensed
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation
  • Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed for showings

Compensation

  • Management Trainee: commissions on leasing, per-showing pay + activity bonuses
  • Agents: commissions on leasing, buying, and co-listing deals
  • Management roles: team overrides + performance bonuses
  • Milestone Incentives - Hit milestones and we pay your desk fees, board fees & RECO insurance.

This is a performance-driven commission based independent contractor role with unlimited earning potential.
