Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Salesperson / Shop Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in managing a small team or showroom. You'll be responsible for welcoming customers, managing daily shop operations, and converting leads into satisfied clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom
  • Explain product features, pricing, and installation options
  • Manage shop operations and maintain showroom presentation
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
  • Coordinate with installation teams and suppliers
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales or management experience (home renovation or construction industry preferred)
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills (email, quotations, inventory tools)
  • Professional and customer-friendly attitude
