The Mascot Team Lead is responsible for working alongside our Mascot Performers as Hasbro characters promoting the Mall's different attractions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervising meet and greet opportunities with Hasbro character Mascot Performers and guests.
  • Acting as an interpreter between the Mascot Performers and guests.
  • Acting as the Mascot Performer's eyes and ears as well as a public relations ambassador.
  • Answering questions and providing information to guests regarding character meet and greets.
  • Communicating with guests to form and maintain proper lines for character meets.
  • Ensuring performer and guest safety at all times.
  • Following character training guidelines at all times.

Desired Qualifications

  • Applicants must enjoy working with the public, require minimal supervision, and possess the ability to be energetic throughout guest interactions.
  • Previous experience entertaining children is a definite asset.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
  • Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.

Terms Of Employment

  • This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
