Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and providing exceptional client experiences? We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our growing Aesthetics & Laser Removal Clinic in Squamish?

About Us

We are a new modern and welcoming clinic specializing in advanced laser hair removal, skincare, and possibly more. Our team is committed to helping clients look and feel their best in a safe, comfortable, and results-driven environment. Our clinic will be opened approximately in January.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a professional, positive first impression
• Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling efficiently
• Maintain and update client files with confidentiality and accuracy
• Process payments and handle billing or insurance inquiries when applicable
• Support the team with daily operations and client flow
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist with administrative tasks and occasional marketing or social media support

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (experience in a medical spa, beauty clinic, or healthcare setting is an asset)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with booking systems and Microsoft Office (experience with JaneApp or similar platforms is an advantage)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in aesthetic, skincare, or laser services is preferred
