Job Description – Project Manager (Maestro & TELCO Expert)

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced
Project Manager
with
expert-level Maestro knowledge
and proven
Telecom (TELCO) industry experience
to support a critical project for our Rogers account. This role requires a seasoned leader who can independently manage complex programs, influence senior stakeholders, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects with full accountability for scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Utilize expert-level knowledge of
    Maestro
    to oversee project execution and resolve system/process-related challenges.
  • Work closely with senior and executive-level stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and timely reporting.
  • Navigate challenging or escalated situations effectively, providing solutions and maintaining project continuity.
  • Drive financial tracking, forecasting, budgeting, and project financial governance.
  • Apply both
    Waterfall
    and
    Agile
    methodologies as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Provide strong leadership to project teams, fostering high performance and collaboration.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of proven Project Management experience
    in large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Expert knowledge of Maestro
    (mandatory).
  • Strong
    TELCO industry experience
    working on telecom transformation or delivery programs.
  • Exceptional
    stakeholder management
    and communication skills, including the ability to manage senior-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of
    project financials
    , budgeting, and cost control.
  • Ability to handle escalations, report effectively, and drive decisions under pressure.
  • Demonstrated
    leadership
    in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in both
    Waterfall and Agile
    delivery methodologies.
