Who we are looking for:

Victoria Inn Brandon is searching for a Part-time Night Auditor. After completion of training, this position will require the candidate to work alone full time in the evening. The ability to deal with the unexpected in a professional and courteous manner is vital. Time management, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize are crucial as job tasks are time sensitive. Front Desk and computer experience are preferred.

What you will learn:

In addition to customer service related aspects of working the Front Desk, successful candidates will be trained in-depth on the Five Star Hotel System as well as other general computer trouble shooting techniques. Training on the phone systems, including Signature World Wide's steps to successful reservations will also be provided.

Position Summary:

Under the guidance of the Guest Services Manager, you will be required to provide guest services such as checking guests in and out of the hotel, making, cancelling or altering reservations, answering phones and will be able to answer all guest questions or concerns. Night Audit duties also include sorting and adding transaction slips, balancing Front Desk, printing and filing daily reports and running automated processes to close out and change selling date for the hotel.
