Overview

Our reputable car dealership is seeking a Finance Associate to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for facilitating financing options for customers that best meet their needs.

We're looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to taking on a variety of tasks. While your primary focus will be on sales and financing, you'll be expected to support the dealership in various other areas as needed, making you a key member of our all-around team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Guide customers through the car buying process, from selection to negotiation.
  • Present and explain financing options, helping customers secure loans or lease agreements.
  • Process financing applications and work with financial institutions to finalize deals.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet dealership targets and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle inventory, financing products, and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as part of a supportive, cross-functional team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in vehicle sales and financing is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide a high level of service.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to various tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred not required.
