We are looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. Your mission is to take over the day to day running of operations, allowing our leadership to focus on scaling the business while ensuring our current clients receive world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Lifecycle Management:
   Manage the full process for FTL shipments (Dry Van, Flatbed, and Reefer).
• High-Frequency Tracking:
   Execute proactive "Track & Trace" protocols. You will be responsible for verifying the location and status of all active loads that you manage daily.
• Carrier Sourcing & Vetting:
   Assist the Operations Manager in identifying and vetting high-quality carriers to ensure they meet PNT's strict compliance and service standards.
• The "PNT Speed" Communication:
   Provide shippers with rapid updates. Our goal is to ensure the customer never has to ask for a status update because you've already provided it.
• Data Integrity:
   Accurate entry of all load details into our TMS. Manage BOLs, PODs, and other digital freight documentation with accuracy.
• Logistics Admin:
   Handle the time-sensitive administrative tasks that keep the business moving, including appointment scheduling at terminals and assisting with invoicing/AR workflows.

What We're Looking For

• The Logsitics Mindset:
   You understand the urgency of the freight market. You are comfortable on the phone and can pivot quickly when a driver is delayed or a lane changes.
• Detail Obsession:
   You catch the small errors in a rate confirmation or a BOL that others miss.
• Communication Prowess:
   You can handle a tough conversation with a driver and a professional update for a corporate client in the same five-minute span.
• Experience:
   1+ years in a freight brokerage or logistics service environment is preferred. Experience with 53' dry van movements and Western Canada/US East Coast lanes is a major asset.
• Tech Proficiency:
   You are fast on a keyboard and comfortable navigating TMS platforms and digital load boards.
