We are looking to hire an experienced income tax preparer for the upcoming tax season.
We are looking for full-time seasonal positions with overtime available and full time permanent. It's a great way to pass the long winter season in busy and fun environment. The company you will be working for has been in business for 38 years. We are well known in the community, and known for honest, accurate and helpful service. At Lifetime Tax Services we prepare thousands of tax returns each year. The job is fast paced and attention to detail is a must. You are working with other preparers and the job requires the use of Profile tax software. We are not only looking for tax preparers but potential business partners for our growing company.
Experience: Must have some college and tax preparer experience. Experience with the tax software is an asset. Must be able to work well with others and on your own efficiently. We require you to have good attention to detail, experience in data entry work and double checking. At least 2 years' experience preparing income tax returns in a fast paced office environment is also required.
Your duties include, but are not limited to, preparing T1 individual tax returns through our tax software program , dealing directly with clients when collecting their data to prepare the tax return and reviewing the return after, collecting & sorting client's data and adding slips, using the collected information to prepare tax returns using our Profile database.
Dates and times needed for seasonal work:
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 PM - 5:00 PM (minimum)
Start date: February 5th
End date: April 30th
Salary Range: $22-24 based on experience and room to grow.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
