Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing Strategy, Operations & Enablement, this role is part of the leadership team and is accountable for the long-term roadmap for colleague enablement tools across North America, driving adoption, operational excellence, and strategic alignment. You will lead a team of colleagues in Canada and the US to support over 700 Marketing professionals, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to work efficiently and confidently
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Roadmap
- Define and lead the long-term roadmap for colleague enablement tools (Adobe Workfront, QuickBase, Adobe Experience Manager Assets/DAM).
- Identify and implement content supply chain efficiencies within the enablement ecosystem.
- Partner with Leadership Team to shape the Marketing Operations strategic roadmap.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing insights on emerging trends, operational efficiencies, and enterprise opportunities.
- Facilitate key strategic discussions and deliver frameworks, roadmaps, and short-to-long-term goals.
Technology & Operations
- Oversee implementation and adoption of enablement tools across North American Marketing teams.
- Manage change requests and prioritize tool optimizations aligned with strategic priorities.
- Advance discovery and onboarding of new tools, technologies, and vendors.
- Ensure an always-on support model that delivers responsive, real-time assistance to enhance colleague confidence and productivity.
- Lead the colleague enablement team's TD Scaled Agile pod, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies.
- Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and reporting requirements.
- Prioritize and manage work to deliver quality results within timelines
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise partners and control functions to ensure alignment with regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Provide an integrated view of activities, escalations, and decision support to leadership.
- Communicate effectively at the functional/business level, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead a North American team (Canada & U.S.) supporting all Marketing colleagues.
- Set team objectives, manage performance, and provide coaching, development, and succession planning.
- Oversee recruitment, resource management, and overall team leadership.
Experience & Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, operations, technology enablement, or related fields.
Proven experience in:
Leading enterprise-scale technology adoption and optimization.
- Agile methodologies and scaled agile frameworks.
- Strategic planning and portfolio management.
Team leadership across geographies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at executive levels.
