About Us
Suger is a revenue platform that helps our customers grow on the fastest-growing B2B sales channel: the cloud marketplaces of AWS, Azure, GCP, and Alibaba. Launched in 2022, we take the tech debt out of marketplace sales by providing an API-first approach to quote-to-cash, billing, and revenue workflows.
We're now expanding our platform with AI-powered agents and infrastructure that automate and optimize complex enterprise workflows across pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance. Our AI systems operate at the core of customer revenue operations, requiring strong foundations in distributed systems, data integrity, and cloud-scale reliability.
We work with over 200 B2B customers, ranging from large enterprises like Snowflake and Intel to fast-growing startups like Glean and Vanta. We are a Series A startup backed by Threshold VC, Craft Ventures, Intel Capital, and Y Combinator.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical parts of Suger's platform, with a focus on AI-driven automation. You will work closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customers to build products that are both technically deep and commercially impactful. This role is ideal for a PM who is excited about complex systems, enjoys working close to the metal, and wants to shape how AI is applied to real-world enterprise operations.
This role is based in Vancouver, Canada. We use a hybrid work model, with 4 days per week in the Downtown office.
In this role, you will- Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and continuously iterate on the user experience. You'll balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity when making product decisions.
- Work closely with Customer Success to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on how customers interact with AI-driven features. You'll occasionally support onboarding or troubleshooting to deeply understand real-world user behavior, edge cases, and trust concerns around automation.
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent systems that automate and optimize pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows.
- Define clear success metrics for AI-powered features, including adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and customer outcomes, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Partner closely with engineering to test, validate, and ship AI-enabled products, ensuring correctness, transparency, and reliability in production environments.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and prototyping to production deployment, iteration, and monitoring - including products with complex backend or data dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, customer-facing teams, and leadership to align on goals and execution.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to uncover underlying problems and opportunities, even when existing workflows appear to be functioning well.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience using data to validate hypotheses, evaluate AI system performance, measure success, and inform product direction.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, sales operations, billing systems, or cloud marketplaces is a strong plus.
- Experience working on AI-powered products, automation, APIs, or data-intensive systems is a strong plus.
- Pay Range: $130, ,000 CAD
- Competitive compensation and equity plan.
- Monthly office stipends for lunch and commute-related benefits.
- Full healthcare benefits - extended health care, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Work alongside a top-notch team with experience at Google, Meta, Salesforce, Pave, Motive, and Square - building AI agent and AI infrastructure SaaS that powers revenue workflows.
- Own a major pillar of our go-to-market strategy from day one - driving architecture, engineering standards, and platform reliability with the autonomy to build what you think is right.
- Fast-moving, flat org with real product-market fit and big ambitions where you'll ship quickly, influence the roadmap, and see direct customer impact.
