STLLR Gold is a dynamic mineral exploration company focused on discovery, and developing the Tower Gold Project and Hollinger Tailings Project in the Timmins area. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Geologist to join our exploration team. The successful candidate will accurately record geological data, select and manage samples for assaying, and ensure data accuracy to guide the company's exploration program, as well as resource evaluation.

The position will report to the Exploration Manager and will support a collaborative and multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in exploration programs, core logging and a focus on safety.

*Schedule: The successful candidate will work on a rotational basis which will be determined based on their proximity to the work site. Approximately 20 days per month will be required on site during active programs, with regular 40-hour work weeks (remote) during non-active periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Collaboration

o Ensure personal and team adherence to health, safety and environmental standards, including those who work under their supervision.

o Participate in health and safety initiatives, daily and monthly meetings and required reporting

o Maintain strong communication and collaboration within the exploration team and across other departments.

o Represent the company in a professional manner.

• Technical

o Ensure that all geological, geochemical, and geophysical technical procedures are properly executed.

o Collect, record and plot detailed technical data and maintain accurate database records.

o Conduct geological core logging on the company's drill projects. This includes, but is not limited to, recording lithology, mineralization, alteration, and oriented structural measurements.

o Follow company procedures and best practice industry standards in collaboration with the Exploration Manager or Principal Geologist.

o Supervise the proper collection of geotechnical data by the geotechnical crews. May be required to collect geotechnical and geomechanical data from time to time.

o Accurately select, mark and document sample intervals for assaying. Ensure strict adherence to company sample collection, shipping, and chain of custody procedures.

o Ability to operate data logging software, as well as other exploration related software, to ensure data is collected to best industry standards in maintaining the integrity and validity of data.

o Collect and enter data into the company's databases, as per procedures.

o Create interpretive geological maps, cross-sections, long sections, and level plans, as well as contribute to the interpretation of geological data and drill results.

o Assist with data input for geological modelling in Leapfrog Geo or other related software.

o Monitor drill progress, as well as conduct regular site visits to perform drill inspections, or to ensure that orientation methods are followed.

o Prepare weekly or monthly progress reports, as required.

o Effectively collaborate with other technical members of the exploration team to achieve the company's objectives.

o Participate in, and assist with the compilation, interpretation, and reporting of program technical data, as either technical reports or as presentations.

o Maintain and properly service technical equipment.

o Devote time to acquiring new applied geological and geophysical skills, with assistance from senior team members.

o Other duties may be assigned as required.

Prerequisites

• Education & Experience

o Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences or related discipline required; A Master's degree is considered beneficial.

o Minimum three years' experience of which at least two years are in an exploration setting.

o Registration as a Geologist in Training (GIT) or Professional Geologist (P.Geo.), or ability to register, (preferred).

o A valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driving record.

o First Aid, WHMIS, and other relevant safety certifications (preferred).
