Mattagami Security Solutions is seeking qualified and potential personnel for their expansion for security services in Timmins Cochrane district . Mattagami Security Solutions is a Timmins based Security agency , Specialize in providing physical security at Commercial sites , Industrial sites , Public events and at Mine sites .

We are looking to multiple guards for 5/5/4 schedule , along with work schedule for Monday - Friday , travel is mandatory and can will be arranged , Guards must have a valid Security license and either Drives G2 or Full G license.

Job Duties :

- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment .

- Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence and deterring illegal or unauthorized activities.

- identify potential security risks or incidents .

- Enforce event policies, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.

- Conduct regular inspections of access points, gates, doors, and windows to ensure they are secure.

- Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and attendees as needed .

Applicant Must posses following skills but not limited to :

- knowledge of law enforcement procedures and security protocols .

- Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment.

- Experience in loss prevention techniques and de-escalation

- Ability to effectively monitor surveillance systems and identify potential security threats or breaches.

- Excellent observation skills with the ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions.

- Strong communication skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals in a professional manner.

- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time .

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately .

  • Preferred to have a minimum of 6 month to a year experience in security operation..
  • Must be able to interact professionally .
  • Must be flexible with travel and working hours .
  • Indigenous applicants and graduates from Police foundations are preferred.
  • Applicants must be capable of participating site -related additional trainings.
