Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, for a Head of Customer Success. The role involves leading the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, while overseeing account management processes and relationships. Responsibilities include developing strategies for improving client engagement, monitoring key customer success metrics, addressing client needs effectively, and driving initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention efforts
  • Strong Analytical Skills for tracking customer success metrics and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for fostering client relationships and team collaboration
  • Experience in Account Management, including handling client portfolios and ensuring successful service delivery
  • Leadership experience in team management and strategy execution
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the SaaS or digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
