Logic Group is a fast-growing print and promotional manufacturing company providing high-quality commercial print, packaging, signage, promo products, and fulfillment services. Our production environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and driven by quality, consistency, and continuous improvement. We're looking for a strong Production Manager to lead our team and help shape the next phase of our growth.
Primary Duties will be:
- Overseeing our 13,000 sq ft Print & Fulfillment facility
- Managing co-workers dependent on seasonal volumes
- Determining Production job schedules on a daily basis
- Liaise with Project Coordinators and Sales Team
- Developing standards and processes for future growth
- Coordinate with raw good suppliers vendors and freight carriers
Your strengths should consist of the following:
- Minimum 2 years of production management experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or a related environment
- Proven track record of improving efficiency, throughput, and quality.
- The ability to lead, coach, and develop production and warehouse staff.
- Confident managing performance, attendance, and accountability
