Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
  • Uphold company standards for customer service excellence.

Skills

  • Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in retail sales, demonstrating an understanding of sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Cash handling experience to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Organizational skills to maintain inventory and store presentation.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales transactions.
