Schedule:

This is a Permanent, Full-Time position, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Truck & Trailer Inspection: Inspect truck and trailer units to identify any mechanical issues or safety concerns, ensuring the vehicles are always roadworthy.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and avoid breakdowns.
  • Safety Program Participation: Actively participate in and promote the company's safety program, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  • Truck Cab Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized truck cab at all times, following internal and external cleaning procedures.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate various company units, including but not limited to:
  • Tractor Units
  • Lugger Trucks
  • Flat Deck Trucks
  • Super B High Side Trailers
  • Roll-off Units
  • Dump Trailers

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of extensive driving experience utilizing a class 3A or 1A license.
  • A class 1A License is preferred.
  • Manual Transmission Experience.
  • Holds a clean driver's abstract.
