About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, cannabis-passionate individual to join our team at the Stony Plain Road location as a Part-Time Sales Associate (Budtender). Evening and weekend availability is required. Whether you're already experienced in cannabis retail or excited to learn more, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection
  • Share knowledge about cannabis products and accessories
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions
  • Follow all AGLC regulations and store policies
  • Maintain store cleanliness, assist with inventory, and perform daily tasks
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members
  • Show up on time and ready to contribute to a positive store environment

What We're Looking For

  • Must be 18+ and possess both AGLC SellSafe and Qualified Cannabis Worker (QCW) certifications
  • Passion for cannabis and eagerness to continue learning
  • Retail or customer service experience is an asset
  • Friendly, reliable, and approachable demeanor
  • Available for evening and weekend shifts
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
