Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across various platforms, including digital and print media. This role requires a strong foundation in visual design, branding, and art direction, with the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, content creators, and product teams to produce high-quality graphics that enhance user experience and brand recognition.

Duties

  • Create and develop digital art, logo designs, motion graphics, and other visual assets for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials.
  • Design layouts for web design, UI/UX interfaces, sign manufacturing, and presentation materials using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Produce engaging video editing content, including animations and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
  • Manage typography, color management, and color theory to ensure consistency across all visual assets.
  • Develop branding elements that reflect the company's identity, including style guides, logos, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate on content management systems such as WordPress to update website visuals and ensure cohesive design standards.
  • Assist in photo manipulation, photography editing, and creating compelling visual stories through digital art techniques.
  • Support marketing initiatives by designing print advertising, digital banners, social media graphics, and other promotional content.
  • Maintain an organized workflow using industry-standard tools like Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other graphic design software to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in visual design, layout design, and branding projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as tools like Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and effective use of space in both digital and print formats.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, photo manipulation, and digital art creation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate concepts clearly to clients or team members.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
