Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will provide critical support to both the sales and customer service teams, ensuring our clients and candidates receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and prospecting activities
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and gather industry insights
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Assist the customer service team by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in our database
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for the sales and customer service teams
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and customer service strategies
  • Prepare and share reports on sales and customer service performance with management
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and organization
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met promptly and thoroughly
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates to encourage repeat business and referrals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Proactive, motivated, and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
