What You'll Do:
- Lead or assist in structural design calculations and preparation of contract documents
- Coordinate with stakeholders and sub-consultants
- Manage project delivery and mentor junior staff
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering with 8+ years of experience
- P.Eng. registration in Alberta or another Canadian province/territory
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
