We are currently seeking a Class 1 Company City Driver to join our Prince George Terminal team. This position carries out in-town deliveries, ensuring quality control and maintaining ongoing contact with the dispatch team.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate commercial equipment safely and in compliance with company policies and legislation.
  • Ensure accuracy in LTL freight documentation.
  • Demonstrate efficiency in a fast-paced LTL environment while ensuring high-quality customer service delivery.

What You Have:

  • Valid Class 1 license with no restrictions.

- We may accept Class 5 with air endorsement, contingent on obtaining a Class 1 license within the agreed timeframe.

- The company offers support for employees to obtain their Class 1 license to start their professional driving career. We will assist in obtaining government grants through Work BC and BC Trucking Association and assist with the cost of training. A service agreement will be provided outlining the terms and conditions of this support.

  • Clean Driver's Abstract.
  • 6-12 months of previous driving experience as Class 1 Driver OR 3 years of previous experience as a Class 5 Driver
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing and verbal)
  • Ability to load and unload freight on a daily basis
  • Previous reefer experience (asset)
