Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate/Receptionist. In this dual-role position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in assisting them with eyewear purchases and appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
  • Assist clients in selecting eyeglass frames and lenses based on their needs and preferences
  • Explain lens options, pricing, and promotions clearly and confidently
  • Schedule and confirm eye exam appointments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage the front desk, including intake forms and insurance billing
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or optical experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Comfort with computers and basic POS systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Availability on evenings and/or weekends is preferred
