The Role

The Studio Photographer will be on-site during University photo sessions to photograph university students. This is a full time position based in Kingston, Ontario.

What You Will Focus On:

• Opening and closing the studio
• Meter photography lights and make adjustments where necessary
• Set up of photoshoot props such as gowns and graduation props
• Assist with the coordination of photo day at the University to ensure the sessions run efficiently
• Photograph University graduates inside the studio and outdoors
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Photography experience not required, but preferred
• Strong customer focus and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and deal with multiple and changing priorities
• Experience working with students is an asset
• Experience working in customer service is an asset
• Successful candidates require reliable car with the ability to carry photographic equipment
• As this position involves working with students, the successful applicants must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

• Travel may be required within a specified region
• University environment
