Position: Millwork Millwright

Requirements:

  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Responsibilities and Requirements for your position while working will be as follows:

  • Preventive Maintenance Planning:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all millwork machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Team Leadership & Supervision:
  • Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs:
  • Diagnose mechanical, and hydraulic issues in millwork equipment.
  • Oversee or perform timely repairs to minimize production disruption.
  • Inventory & Procurement:
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
  • Ensure critical parts are always in stock.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and safety checks.
  • Facility Maintenance:
  • Oversee the upkeep of the physical plant, including HVAC, lighting, and building infrastructure.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Implement lean maintenance practices and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
  • Preference would be given to the candidates with Millwork experience.

Wage Range: $30-$35/hour based on experience, plus profit sharing.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 6am-2:30pm, Friday 10-6:30pm
