As the winter season approaches, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and help ensure the safety and well-being of our clients during snowfall.

Job Description:

As a Snow Blower Operator at InsideOut Services, you will play a crucial role in keeping walkways, driveways, and other outdoor areas clear of snow and ice. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25-27 and the opportunity to earn an end-of-season bonus. Must be available to work each time it snows over 5cm. Normal hours of operation are 6am to 6pm, however these hours can vary depending on the snowfall.

Job Requirements:

  • You must have a valid driver's license (G2 or G).
  • You must drive a truck or SUV with a hitch (will need to transport a snow blower in a cargo carrier). **IF YOU DON'T HAVE A HITCH, APPLY TO OUR SHOVELLING POSITION**
  • You must have experience using a snow blower.
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a must We want individuals who strive for perfection.
  • Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and shovel/blow snow for extended periods.
  • You must be available to work at short notice, 7 days a week, including holidays.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently blow and shovel snow and ice from designated areas.
  • Keep pathways, driveways, and entryways clear and safe for our clients.
  • Monitor and report any potential hazards or safety concerns.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
