As we expand, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Mechanic to help keep our fleet running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Inspect, maintain, and repair a wide range of construction equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs both in the shop and on-site as needed.
- Track maintenance schedules, inspections, and regulatory compliance (licensing, permits, etc.).
- Support operations by keeping all equipment field-ready and reliable at all times.
- Maintain organized maintenance records and communicate clearly with the operations team.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic (construction industry preferred).
- Valid Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in fast-paced environments.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel; ability to learn internal systems).
- Excellent attention to detail and safety-first mindset.
