As we expand, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Mechanic to help keep our fleet running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair a wide range of construction equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs both in the shop and on-site as needed.
  • Track maintenance schedules, inspections, and regulatory compliance (licensing, permits, etc.).
  • Support operations by keeping all equipment field-ready and reliable at all times.
  • Maintain organized maintenance records and communicate clearly with the operations team.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic (construction industry preferred).
  • Valid Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in fast-paced environments.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel; ability to learn internal systems).
  • Excellent attention to detail and safety-first mindset.
