Role Description

This is an independent contractor position for a licensed Real Estate Agent. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, performing market analyses, and cultivating long-term client relationships. The agent will leverage The Agency's collaborative culture and extensive network to maximize opportunities and deliver superior results for clients.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License in good standing
  • Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Proficiency with real estate technology and market analysis tools
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of the local and global real estate market is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
