How you'll make an impact

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you'll be a key implementer of the technical strategies that power FCC's daily operations. You'll use your deep technical expertise to solve complex challenges, ensuring our platform remains stable and scalable as we grow.

You'll be part of the team that manages our ITSM practices, focusing on the execution of ServiceNow features that enable employees across Canada. Ensuring that every solution is built to the highest standard of quality and precision.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain high-quality ServiceNow features by writing clean, maintainable code and configuring the system for peak performance
  • Rigorously follow and uphold established development guidelines to ensure the integrity of the ServiceNow environment
  • Implement complex team strategies through precise technical execution and advanced problem-solving
  • Build and execute robust automation tests to ensure the reliability of new features and updates
  • Analyze requirements to develop automation and unit tests that streamline internal workflows across the organization
  • Support user testing and implement necessary code fixes with a focus on speed and accuracy

What you'll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
  • Minimum six years of related experience in ServiceNow development (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow configurations and ITSM processes
  • Proven expertise in producing working code on complex development tasks with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated proficiency in automation testing and following rigorous technical standards

Preferred qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (please state certification number) 
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (please state certification number)
