QC Document Control Administrator, Technical

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, organizing and processing material receiving purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Data entry and uploading of MTR's into the PROPAK MetalTrace System
- Ensure documentation is uploaded correctly and controlled as per the PROPAK Quality
- Review technical reports and specifications, as required.
- Upload documentation to Quality Control SharePoint site as required.
- Support other areas of Quality Document Control and QC Inspectors as required.
- Monitoring and control of Quality Department purchase orders and corresponding documentation
Qualifications:
- Completion of post‐secondary education or experience in a technical working environment with an understanding of process piping drawings and information is considered an asset.
- 3‐5 years of experience working in an administrative environment
- Completion of a high school diploma
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to learn other software programs required by the department
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment under pressure to meet deadlines
- Must be very well-organized with strong multi-tasking and time management capabilities
