Position Overview:

As a General RV Technician, you'll be hands-on with a wide variety of RV and camper trailer systems. You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and provide preventative maintenance across electrical, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, and more. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and takes pride in delivering top-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair camper trailers and RVs
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Handle plumbing and water system maintenance
  • Apply caulking and sealants; perform roof repairs and maintenance
  • Service air conditioning and heating units
  • Complete general maintenance, installation, and repair tasks as required
  • Keep accurate records of work performed
  • Ensure safety standards and customer satisfaction are met

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an RV technician, automotive technician, or related trade
  • Strong knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred but not required:

  • RVTI Certification or equivalent trade certifications
  • Welding or carpentry experience
