Job Description

You will help us improve and expand our operations by:


• Being a software engineer that enjoys a dynamic environment facing challenges in different technical areas.


• Taking ownership and by providing and developing innovative solutions to deliver high quality code.


• Having C/C++, Real time embedded programing, Continuous Integration, Agile, etc. as your basic tools, but also by adapting to whatever new tool/process is thrown at you

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Work in a team environment to support the entire software development life cycle from Design to Unit test automation.

This may entail authoring design documents, implementing those designs, executing and automating unit tests and of course fixing bugs

Participate in Requirement Analysis, conduct feasibility studies, provide early time estimates on development effort.

Effectively communicate with other internal and external team members in a positive and collaborative method. 

Qualifications


• B.S. in EE, CS, CE or equivalent. 


• 2 - 5 years of Software Development experience


• Good knowledge and hands on experience Broadcom Network processors, ONIE, Boot loaders, 2 banks boot systems, Linux Drivers (EEPROM operations via I2C, SPI, GPIO)


• Experience with Manufacturing testing methodologies


• Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper product configurations. 


• You are fluent in C/C++, Python, and are familiar with scripting language such as Perl.


• You are a team-oriented communicator that loves to work in a multinational high-paced environment.


• Ability to work in global environment and work with remote development/ test teams is a must


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies


• You understand the needs of the business and all its stakeholders and you can translate them into solutions.


• You are a creative person that gets the job done.
