About us:
We are a welcoming and fast paced hair salon dedicated to providing exceptional service and care to every client. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check clients with a warm, professional attitude.
Manage appointments (phone & walk-ins)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon.
Assist stylists with small tasks.
Support a positive and peaceful environment for both client and team members.
Answer phone calls, take bookings, and take payments.
Manage appointment schedules using our booking system.
Communicate clearly in English with clients and team members.
Handle busy times calmly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong multitasking and communication skills.
Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule. (weekends or evenings may be required or preferred).
